Notts ASA County Championships 2010 

To all Swimmers taking part in the Counties

In the unlikely event that you need to withdraw from an event please note the following:

WITHDRAWALS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE THE START TIME OF THE SESSION.
This weekend (13/14 Feb) you need to report to the competitor desk at Beechdale in the pool foyer.

OR for last minute problems send a text to 07923 430771.

FAILURE TO NOTIFY A WITHDRAWAL IS SUBJECT TO A £10 FINE (payable by the swimmer).

The fine is applicable at any time during the Championship and failure to pay means exclusion from any remaining events you may have entered.

Please note that it is not the coaches responsibility to withdraw your children, they will be otherwise occupied.
